"FIRST OFF - THAT LOVELY POOL SHOT IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED AND YOU DONT MENTION IT. ITS THE ONE REASON I CHOSE THIS M6. THE 1ST ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! REFUSED IT. MAN CHECKING IN NEXT TO ME REFUSED HIS AT SAME TIME ALSO. THE 2ND ROOM, CLEANER BUT ONLY SHEET ON BED/NO BLANKET, NOT EVEN THE BEDSPREAD!!! JUST A SHEET! ASKED AT 4:00 PM. NO FRIDGE. LUCKILY, I HAD ICE CHEST. REQUESTED AND REFUSED HELP ON BEDSPEAD 2X AFTER. PISSED OFF ABOUT 11:30 AND WENT TO COMPLAIN...AGAIN. FRONT DESK FINALLY FOUND A BLANKET AT 11:45PM; SHE DID SEE THE ONE SHEET AND APOLOGIZED THEN. ROACHES ALL OVER BATHROOM. TOILET RAN FOR 20 MIN AFTER JIGGLING TO STOP IT! ENTIRE BUILDING IS ALL RUN DOWN, CHIPPED PAINT, DINGY/DIRTY, OVERFLOWING GIANT TRASHBIN, ETC...NEXT DOOR GUESTS TOILET DID NOT EVEN FLUSH! STAFF COULDNT BE BOTHERED; ALWAYS BUSY W/PHONE IN HAND~~~ I SPOKE TO JOANA ROSE VIA THE VIRTUAL AGENT CONVO THAT NIGHT TO CANCEL MY 2ND NIGHT STAY. SHE INFORMED HOTELDESK AND THEY ARE TO REFUND ME BACK $100+- AS I REFUSED TO STAY ANOTHER. PLEASE NOTE THIS INFORMATION IN MY FILE JUST IN CASE THEY GIVE ME TROUBLE W/REFUND. I DID NOT SLEEP THO EXAUSTED. I DROVE 3 HOURS THAT MORNING TO GET THERE! I STARTED LOADING AT 7:30 AM & CHECKED OUT BEFORE 9:AM. *I LOVE MOTEL6'S... CHECK MY RECORDS. I ALWAYS STAY AT ONE CUZ OF MY DOG(S). I'VE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE! TEXT OR CALL IF NEEDED. I DO HAVE PHOTOS. THANK YOU. LILY W. (CNTRL FLORIDA)"

"Check in was through a weird little window instead of inside the nice welcome centre that you can see clearly through the window (during the day). Location seemed a little sketchy though we had no issues. The bathtub creaked and shifted under your feet. and there was a large piece of flooring missing right in front of the toilet. Place was clean other than a few stains on the bedding "

"Internet was fine. Towels in room abundant. Breakfast was a disaster. Was told there was yogurt and fruit...Nope..no milk in carafes for cereal and decaf coffee urn was empty. When i told the girl working there she had a little bit of an attitude. Rugs in hallway were dirty and stained. Hopefully soon this hotel will do some renovations because at over $200.00 a night is totally ridiculous"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great as was the proximity to a few nice seafood restaurants and Tiki bars. The area is really nice!"

"Property condition not in good shape, bedding felt clean though. Located by a trailer resting area and seems to serve some long-term rental as well. Breakfast is grab and go type with pastry and fruits to choose."

"Bad area. Hard to get around. No dresser, no closet, room didn’t feel secure. One restaurant, no others close by. Not a recommended area for seniors or young families "
