"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."

Otel fiyat performans açısından iyi ancak odadaki kanalizasyon kokusu çok rahatsız ediciydi banyodan sürekli olarak koku geliyordu.. oda da çok yeterli sayılmaz. Yangın merdiveni kilitliydi, asansör calismadiginda kullanmak istedik ama kapalı kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi."

"Basic apartment, well situated in Talas, free parking and 24 hour reception. When we arrived, nothing of all the equipment metioned in the description was available but when we asked, they immediately provided everything (towels, toiletry, hairdryer, coffee and tea...). Wifi quality average: not working in the bedroom. Not enough powerpoints for charging battery. Apartment was not bad but could use some renovation. Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception!"

"The staff is very helpful and nice. The room is in a good condition but it was not very clean. The mattress was old and dirty however when i talked to the staff they immediately provided clean sheets and covers . overall stay was ok."

"We decided to spend a few hours in this hotel as we arrived at 1:30AM and nothing else was available. This was a horrible place to stay and my worst experience in Turkey to date. We were initially given room 403 and careless me slipped into the bed to relax right away and within a short period of time I was bitten 20-30 times forcing me to turn the light on. I couldn’t understand what was biting me and thought mosquitoes but after turning the lights on I quickly killed about 1/2 a dozen...

"Gece saat 12 buçuk gibi girdik. Yakınındaki yüksek sesli restorant tan dolayı uyumakta zorluk yaşadık. Temizliği çok kötüydü. Bizden önce herhangi bir temizlik yapılmamış gibi duruyordu. Gece başka biyer bulamayız diye çıkmadık yoksa durulacak gibi değildi. Banyosu kokuyordu. Kötü bir gece geçirdik. Tek iyi olan müşteri ilişkileriydi."

"I rarely post a review, but credit where credit is due. If you are looking for a lux experience at a good price this place hits all the highs. Amazingly renovated property combines modern luxuries with ancient historic building. Staff cannot be nicer, food, especially breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey. I would consider making this s base for Cappadocia which is only 1 hour drive away. The mountain backdrop also provides skiing in Jan and Feb. Kayseri is also an interesting, none tourist town with a beautiful castle and museum and an authentic bazaar for all yhe shppers out there. "
