The setting is beautiful - plenty of shaded sunlounging options (poolside, garden, views) and fun ocean swimming off the rocks. Fabulous gym with amazing views. Good breakfast.

Very friendly staff. We stayed all inclusive and the food was great. Rooms basic but we didn’t expect luxury. The rooms are clean and comfortable which is what mattered. Beautiful surroundings right next to the beach. Only criticism is the lift. It’s tiny. Only fits two people and only one of them however even that didn’t spoil our lovely holiday. Would definitely definitively return and absolutely recommend this place. Absolutely brilliant value for money. Thanks Miguel, Veronika, Paco, Manuela, Mada especially for the most amazing service however every single staff member was fantastic.

Our whole stay was amazing. Only the food was a little bit boring, because it was everyday the same and less spanish or local food. All in all our stay was very well and we would come back to Portocolom again!!!

Amazing. Best part of Mallorca trip

Absolutely amazing. I rented a car and drove all over Mallorca. This was by far my favorite location and hotel stay. Amazing property to stay at and enjoy the view, also many beautiful beaches nearby.

The property for an all-inclusive package charged 1 euros per day per towel and $25 euros for one week for the safe box. I have never experienced that traveling any where in the Europe or any part of the world especially for all-inclusive facility. Food was fine but they mostly make a lot of pork dishes.

The stay was very average. I will start with the pros first: The location: it is in a very quiet area with the most amazing views of the sea. If you want to venture out, there are a few restaurants and bars near by and cala d'or is a 20 min taxi ride away if you want all the touristy stuff The staff: super friendly staff- they will go out of their way to assist. A lot of space and available sunbeds: there is a lot of space around the resort and the 6th floor. Lots of places to tan! Sauna and steam room: lovely little assets to the hotel Cons: Food and drinks: very repetitive and quite salty. Cocktails were quite sweet for our liking as were the juices. Air con: the air conditioning was not the best around the hotel especially in our room. Rooms: quite dated and the rooms occasionally had a smell Towels: as an all inclusive resort, I would have assumed that the towels would be all inclusive, but we had to put a deposit per person as well as €2.50 per day to use them. All in all, it was an average stay, however 2 out of the 4 days we were there we went out in the evening for dinner and went out once for lunch. If you like just chilling by the pool from morning till sunset this place is for you, however i think as a couple, we needed a little more adventure and things to do.

J'ai réservé en derniere minute et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan au 5eme étage. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais cependant très propre et il faut le dire la vue fait tout, petit bémol pour la salle de bain le rideau de douche pas tres hygiènique je trouve qu'une paroi serait plus adapté. Petit dej excellent vraiment par contre le buffet du soir plutot moyen par rapport au petit déj on a pas compris qu'il y avait si peu de choix pour le dîner.

Essen gab's immer in Buffetform. Die Speisen waren durchaus abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Auf Getränke musste nie lange gewartet werden, was bei allinclusiv woanders nicht immer der Fall war. So für eine Woche Entspannung durchaus empfehlenswerte Anlage. Waren Gäste Ende September 2026.

Buffet salato di buona qualità e sufficientemente vario (incluse opzioni vegetariane/vegane/gluten free). Comparto dolce da migliorare. Personale accogliente. Buona selezione di bevande incluse nell'offerta all-inclusive. Sebbene non sia prevista alcuna animazione, si apprezzano alcune serate tematiche con artisti locali.

Ich war mit allem rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war schön. Ich hatte eine Aussicht aufs Meer die Betten sind sehr angenehm sowohl die Matratze wie das Kissen und das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich schon sehr begeistert. Da würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i alla delar. Utmärkt städning och bemötande i resturang. Glöm inte bort att gå upp till terassen på våning 6 och kolla på utsikten. Extra plus till den lilla ”gräsplätten” med solstolar som nästan ingen kom till. En liten oas på hotellet.

Super séjour, hébergement très bien, propre, moderne, bcp d’équipement (2 piscines, accès à la mer (pas de plage mais échelle qui descend directement dans la mer avec vue imprenable) Dommage que le spa (hammam et sauna) était hors service ! Situé dans une crique, entouré d'autres hotels mais vue magnifique. Agréable sans cris et pleurs, d'eganfant qui courent partout. Personnel souriant, serviable. Demi-pension à la hauteur. Par contre, pas de parking et clientèle 80% DEUTSCH et UK.
