"The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in the bathroom, because the fan was as loud as a jet plane taking off. When we went to take the non working key cards to the office to check out, there was no one in the office so I had to leave them on the counter. Saw the staff person out back smoking as we were pulling out. The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. I guess you get what you pay for, and it was affordable. But, I feel like you shouldn’t advertise things like breakfast and microwaves if you don’t have them. "
