"I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big.
The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. My two young kids felt like home and were sad to leave.
The roof top pool, fire pit, gym and three jacuzzis were great. Great location to main attractions.

"Overall, the property is very nice. Tucked away from the main street. Things that couldn’t improve their stay has extra towels to take to the pool in the beaches, which were not provided as a whole. My son and I loved are staying in Tulum and this three bedroom apartment is good for us."

"Isolated enough to feel private but very close to the town center. I recommend renting a car but on cooler evenings it’s pretty easy to walk to convenience stores and there are plenty of taxis to take you to the center. The pools are all incredible and the staff are very helpful and kind and were quick to respond any issue that came up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. "
