"Lovely staff very friendly just a shame announcements were all in Spanish so we had no idea what was going on where! Very clean, very comfortable. Rooms are lovely. We faced a car park which was a shame but we did have a balcony. Not all inclusive, so choices of meals very limited. Unfortunately as we didn’t understand what was happening my daughter did not get chance to join in the kids clubs or me in the adult activities! Loved the pool, jacuzzi and fountains. Would return. "

Always happy and very welcoming! 😊 We loved the hotel facilities like swimming pool and little area next to it with summer bar, bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We really liked that it was Foosball & Pool table to play ! Walking distance from hotel to seaside was only 5-10min, the same to local shops and restaurants where you can eat local Tapas ! "Laid back beautiful property. While it is summer in the USA, it was not considered summer season in early June while we were there. Low staff and some activities and pools not full hours. The staff that was there was patient, welcoming and very professional. We would come again! Also, the lobby and our room smelled amazing! Some sort of jasmine scent? Whatever it was, it was a very nice scent "

"Apartments Torreluz was a very good choice because of excellent location in the city center, covenient parking in the garage, and, first of all, a great view of the city, the port and the sea. The place itself was spacious and clean (daily cleaning service). Overall, highly recommended."

"This property exceeded our expectations as far as the staff, the room, and the VIEW! We would definitely return. We took advantage of the ancient baths and massage option. I would skip the massage. Even when I asked for more pressure, it felt like someone was just gently rubbing way too much oil all over me. No massage involved unfortunately. "

Friendly staff and nice relaxed hotel.

"Nice clean room, lovely front desk service, good food in a restaurant if you didn’t wanna go out, good fresh buffet breakfast, good Internet speed with the free Internet, air conditioning was quiet and set on low kept the room a nice temperature.. All in all a great stay. How do you think I would say is that the shower needs improvement. Not from a cleanliness point of view, more from a showerhead point of view, adequate but could be better.."

"Was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews but we just finished our holiday after the renovations and it was great! Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great and really appreciated having items like eggs made fresh. We liked the room and slept well - it was not loud at all. The area was very good, quite close to the beach and also the city centre! One improvement could maybe be adding some chairs onto the balcony as we didn’t have anywhere to sit but the view was lovely. Also the seasonal pool’s opening months are incorrectly displayed on Expedia which was a slight disappointment but nothing to do with the quality of hotel! Really recommend and would return :) "
