"This place was perfect for my rainy & cold memorial day weekend with my children! They enjoyed the indoor pool so much! Everything is close by! (The asking to go in the pool is kinda annoying) There was a front desk young lady that was not friendly at all. (Long redish” hair) other than that, place was perfect! Clean & quiet!"
"There were long strands of hair left in the shower by either the last occupant or the person who cleaned the room. There was no food left when we went to the free buffet before 8:00am. Apparently we were there with a traveling youth sports team. After we saw there was no food and no one around to ask if it was going to be replenished, we decided to check out a little early and get breakfast elsewhere. We waited 15 minutes to check out because there was no staff at the front desk. When the person finally arrived and asked how our stay was, and I said "not so good- we've been standing here for 15 minutes" she had the nerve to snap back that she was in the back cooking! What? By this time there is a line of people waiting to check out, and although I empathized with her personal situation, at over $100 a night, how is that my problem and why should it impede on my plans? I asked for a receipt and was told that since I booked with a 3rd party, she couldn't give me a receipt and that the 3rd party (Hotels.com) would email me my receipt. Of course I do not have a receipt for my stay. I will never ever again patronize this hotel!"
"I was there for a four day staff on vacation. Checked in and I was charged for the whole stay. Then staff said it needed to be re-ran again, another charge. Then over the night my card was charged two more times. Someone was either trying to scam me or the staff was not trained. But my vacation was ruined with over $700 on hold for my card. The staff didn’t care about me or the problem they put me in with putting my credit limit on hold. They kept saying it be released in four or five business days and I am on a four day vacation. The staff was blaming it on hotel app. So probably the last time using hotels.com as well. So my vacation was limited due to the extra charges and no one cared or offered anything compensation."
"Limpio, agradable servicio y muy buen desayuno! Utilice el gym y me gustó! Pero no me parece que el gym y lavadora y secadora estén en el mismo lugar!!"
