"I'll have to say the hotel as a whole was really cool. My room was the only issue. The bathroom had a sewer smell the whole 24 hrs I was there. The air conditioner was malfunctioning and would grind when it kicked on. My room wasn't very clean. Especially the bathroom, lots of gunk around toilet and a bunch of hair on the walls. I was just kinda bummed because the reviews were friggin awesome, so the uncleanliness of my room was sad. I think I'm probably the only guest that had anything bad to say about anything. However the hotel was really cool, and had a great vibe and stellar decor. I would stay again and hope for a clean room lol."

"As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!"

"Nice property, however, staff needs to pay more attention to amenities. Hand lotion container empty, Kleenex dispenser not filled, sanitizer clothes in exercise room were completely dried out. Breakfast was pretty very limited, would have been nice to have a fruit offering."

"The pool was disappointing but it was quiet at night so we slept well. However for the breakfast there was no fruit at all."

"What a great find! This is a very well kept hotel and the central courtyard makes it a very pleasant environment. The courtyard is off limits after 11 pm, so no worries there if you want a room with a courtyard balcony. The fitness room was adequate, with mostly cardio equipment a bench and dumbbells some machine for legwork would be a great addition. There is plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants. We tried Himalayan Yak and loved it."

"TERRIBLE HOTEL, STAY AWAY. When I tried to check in, the front desk staff was absent, just a sign saying they'd be right back. She ambled in about 15-20 minutes after I arrived (dressed like she was ready for bed), and a long line of people had built up behind me. While I waited for her, I decided to get cash at the ATM in the lobby but the ATM did not work. I got checked in and went to my room. It was kind of dirty. I turned on the TV, and the picture was so blurry it looked like double vision so I turned it off. I plugged my phone into the outlet next to the bed, and laid down to go to sleep. Shortly after, I noticed a whiff of hot electrical smell. It was the outlet. I immediately removed my charger from the outlet and it was HOT. I touched the outlet with my hand and it was HOT also. I waited a few minutes and checked the outlet again - it was even hotter. I called the front desk, explained the situation and asked for a different room. She said they were fully booked. I then told her to locate the breaker for the outlet and turn it off before it starts on fire. She refused but said she'd call maintenance. I waited almost an hour for maintenance, who never arrived. Meanwhile the outlet continued to get hotter. I packed up and checked out at the front desk, explaining I couldn't stay in a room that smelled like it was going to start on fire. The woman said "Oh yeah, I was just about to call you..." in a very nonchalant way. I left and found a different hotel up the street."
