Guard dogs were sweet but barked throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue. But overall nice place. "

"Amazing stay! Will definitely come back"

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"I love this place so much. You get all you need ( facilities and services ). The reception staff is supper friendly and helpful , who provided me with a lot of tourist information. Location is very convenient where you can reach all the restaurants and bars in walking distance. "

"The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

"This was a fantastic place to stay if you want a hotel accommodations but space for family. The bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The kitchen area was convenient for snacks,drinks and morning breakfast and heating up leftovers. The morning breakfast in the dinning area in the loby was peefect. Be sure to order off the menu too!! The balacony was nice to sit and people watch with a glass of wine or beer that you can buy at the grocery downstairs. Jason at the front desk was patient, helpful and very accommodating to your needs. He always had answers to your questions. Laura was funny, delightful and made the BEST recommendations for local places to eat dinner. The wait staff and cleaning staff were extremely kind and did a great job daily. The location is in the heart of the pier and at the center of local Punta Delgada life. Walk behind the hotel for shopping cafes and sightseeing traditional cobblestone streets. The hotel is only a short drive to numerous beautiful senic places and rural attractions. Get a taste of all that the Azores have to offer with the best choice of places to stay. Overall 5+ stars for a best experience at a hotel/apartment. Do not hesitate to stay here. "

"Great hotel with a fantastic staff! Firstly, the location is fabulous – right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and close to all the main attractions. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, which made exploring the area so convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was important for us. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely stay again next time we're in Ponta Delgada. Highly recommend!"

"Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay! "
