"This hotel is perfect for visiting the city of Leeds . It is central, close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed on Sunday when we tried to order room service and was told โthe kitchen is closed on Sundaysโ. This should be made clear on the literature in the room. Other than this, no complaints. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if visiting Leeds"

"Hotel is well situated, just a couple minutes away from Leeds Station. My room was big, clean with an extremely comfortable bed and great shower. The bar downstairs is very well looked after and has a great range of drinks, including an excellent IPA! My only quibble was the lifts - one of the three was out of order. This led to some very lengthy waits for a lift, upwards of five minutes, especially when the lift that does finally arrive is full! The staff were very apologetic and it should be back in service soon. Beyond that, I really enjoyed my stay - it's the perfect spot for exploring Leeds and I hope to be back again soon."

"We stayed here again about 3 weeks ago,having stayed many times..Each stay has been excellent..Very friendly staff,even welcomed us back again.The breakfast is always fantastic with plentyof chice.The rooms are always spotless.All staff very,polite.We always get a room at the back of the hotel which suits us as they are quiet..We would not stay anywhere else when visiting leeds.Thankyou to you all.."
