"So I specifically booked this place for the view of the drone show. If you are curious you are getting the side view but for me it was more than enough to have a clear view of the show. I’ll start w the negatives, only 2. The address listed on Expedia isn’t accurate so when u contact the property they will send u correct address and pic of golden doors so u know where to meet the apt manager to get your key fob. Second, there is no kitchen or microwave. Only a fridge. So u can’t cook or warm anything up. Positives now. 15 min walk to raffle city for shopping or food to the right and 10 min walk to hongyadong cave. There is plenty of food choices open late hours. We are like at 1230am for some dumplings There were a few small roaches in apartment but for me that’s not a big deal. Well expected to see in buildings like these"

"The hotel location is very convenient and close to JieFangBei, and pedestrian access to food street and food court. The breakfast has many choices western and local Chongqin cuisine. The hot tub is very relaxing, if the temperature of water can be little bit lower will be great!"

"The hotel was very cozy, modern and fun. The aesthetics of the hotel is really nice. They had an arcade in the lobby which is really nice when waitng for the laundry. The hotel is close to many restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. I really enjoyed picking up my food from the vendors in the morning and going to Luckin (3 minute walk) for coffee and then bring it back to eat. They had a window booth, with high chairs so you can eat and enjoy the scenery (busy streets). They have a communal microwave which is convenient for heating up leftovers. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Before I left, they even prepared me a souvenir. The only downside about the hotel is that other people might secretly smoke, and the smoke smell would travel through the room. Therefore exposed to second hand smoking. The staffs informed me that they have a policy where people aren't allowed to smoke but they do it secretly and the staff cannot tell who and would put the other guests in an awkward position. That's understandable, but as someone who is sensitive to smell and asthma, I would reconsider before booking again. The staff tried their best to help and informed that they can do a deep cleaning of the room so that the room would smell fresher. As someone working in hospitality, it would be nice if they can send out reminders to all guest that smoking is prohibited and follow up with after-care service."

"We like the room a lot. Two full bedrooms with a kitchen. And the location was perfect. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was the food, and it’s not really a complaint, but the food wasn’t that good for breakfast. Eggs and bacon were cold, not enough choices for such a great hotel. But overall it was great and we would highly recommend staying here for a 30 percent lower cost than the Intercontinental next door."
