Garner Hotel Cologne East by IHG
Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.

Clean room, interesting yet functional kitchenette in a cupboard solution, decent bed, good shower, in general all ok. The building is in a state of renovation and the location is right besides the highway. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We (my dog and I) had a good stay.
