Great staff and location. Property is clean. Could use a bit of updating. Awesome pool and a good complimentary breakfast. Thought it was an excellent value, plus we had an unexpected Orbitz upgrade. Would stay there again

As a start they forgot to pick us up from the airport. We waited there 30 minutes, meanwhile no one was answering our messages on WhatsApp even though I’ve had communication with them before and provided all the info they needed. We took a taxi and didn’t even receive an apology at the check in. The most overpriced hotel I’ve seen. The pool from the picture doesn’t even get close to reality and how small it is. 0 privacy in the rooms, all terraces are next to each other. Food was absolutely horrible at dinner, we were so afraid to repeat and we never had breakfast there even though it was included, so have no idea what the breakfast looked like. They were looking for buggy for us for 2 days and couldn’t find. Gave us a car for 100$ a day and we found a buggy immediately and rented one. Pool was dirty with bad service. Absolutely no internet other than the lobby. They gave us usernames and passwords that appeared as incorrect and told them this over a hundred times. On the 4th day they gave us another one that was working but with NO internet. No idea why they say they provide this, when they don’t. The toilet was broken, we had to use the pool restrooms the first day and no one came to fix it, after waking up the second day still no working toilet, they said they will send somebody, that happened at night on the second day!!! This place may work for 80$ a night or something but not for the ridiculous prices that they charge!!! Definitely will not recommend to anyone I know!!!

Esperava mais! Avisei que estava comemorando aniversário de 45 anos e não houve nem um parabéns, cartinha ou mimo. Em todos os estabelecimentos onde eu comemoro aniversário, sempre foram gentis e nesse caso, ignoraram completamente aquele que era o motivo da viagem! O Wi-Fi não funcionou no quarto e o AR condicionado fazia barulho e pingava. A banheira externa do bangalô estava cheia desde a minha chegada, o que me desmotivou a usar porque não sei há quanto tempo estava assim, ou se havia sido usada antes ou mesmo se algum animal poderia ter nadado lá!

Fizemos uma viagem em casal e tivemos uma excelente experiência na Pousada Zé Maria. Nós sentimos em casa. Ficamos hospedados no bangalô 2 e foi maravilhoso. Quarto e banheiros enormes, com varanda com hidro de frente p/ o Morro do Pico. Todos os dias recebíamos um agrado no fim da tarde no quarto. A piscina é linda e o restaurante é ótimo. O café da manhã sempre delicioso e com opções de tapioca e ovos feitos na hora. Agradecimento especial ao Flávio, que nos atendia diariamente no café da manhã, sempre com muito carinho e simpatia. A localização da pousada é ótima e nos permite ir aos principais pontos caminhando. Recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá numa próxima vez.
