"The pool areas look nice as well as the entrance but the buildings are old and dilapidated. We went to check in, saw the room in which they gave us the wrong room that would not accommodate my family size and we requested a refund and did not stay. The smell was so bad and it was one of those places that I’d be scared to take off my shoes in the room or even sleep on the bed. I booked a room that was supposed to be a bunkbed a king bed, and recently renovated, and it was not that at all it was a queen bed and no bunkbeds and it was old and rotten. The staff seemed friendly and inquisitive. I’m sure they deal with this often."

"Very clean room and I can’t tell you in simple words how great the staff were at this hotel. I had decided to go to a standard hotel instead of a more expensive stay because I planned on spending a lot of time at the parks and CityWalk. I was pleasantly surprised at the great family-friendly pool and how easy it was to get to all the parks by using their bus system. Save money and enjoy this gem with your family. Save a little staying here for your fun stuff, you will not regret it."

"Room was clean hot tub was relaxing. The pool was nice very very kid friendly so just be mindful, especially to those adults that want to go to the pool for relaxation. Expect a lot of kids the only caveat I would say negative if anything would simply just have to be two things one. I’m not sure if it was just my specific room, but the AC unit is loud and a sense of it will make random loud noises while it runs and secondly, the pillows can be very, very uncomfortable and very stiff"
