Location was convenient, reasonably quiet based on location. I enjoyed the breakfast the group travelling with me thought it was average. Coffee, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal and fresh bananas
The rooms here were quite well maintained. Nice central location to downtown, and hiking trails. The surrounding views were beautiful. Great place to stay great price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have some hot food like scrambled eggs added to the breakfast layout, but that isn't a big deal.
Found this place last minute and was not disappointed. Comfy beds, and rooms. The room was pristine and well organized. The only problem were the power outlets. We had issues plugging in our devices. I recommend this place! Price range was good too!

Cheap and conveniently located. However the way the outlets were haphazardly wired and attached to one another with tape was - frankly - horrifying. This is how fires are started. I noticed how hot my plugs were then we investigated the set up. It’s quite shocking.
Room 127, between the two beds. I have pictures.

The room was basic, clean with a fridge and microwave. Good if one needs one quiet night's sleep before heading out on the road the next morning. It would have been nice to have better lighting and quieter air conditioning. One needs to use stairs on the outside of the building to get to the second level -- just FYI if one needs an elevator.

Don’t let the perk of free “breakfast” sell you on the stay. Truly “you get what you pay for.” It was okay for the one night.

No pool available and the whole property is in need of renovation
Stayed for 12 days.
Dead bugs behind the fridge and under beds.
Wiring/electrical was sub-standard.
Staff overheard discussing co-workers in unprofessional behavior.
Front desk gentleman is apparently "challenged", does not understand what graveyard shift is.
Pool was in state of unusable renovation that has not changed in months.
Continental breakfast had no choice for multigrain bread after 1st day.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Otherwise really good location next to river and trails.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights.....very spacious room. Air conditioning and fridge/freezer was turned on for us when we arrived, which was nice. I was excited to use the indoor pool and hot tub for our stay....only to find that the pool was closed for repairs 😞 but we used the hot tub, even though it was on the smaller side...but, hot and lots of jets.
The hotel had a complimentary breakfast every morning, which was satisfactory. But if you're looking for eggs/bacon, they don't have that.....cereals, bagels, muffins and breads for toast; also juices, coffee and yogurt. We were mostly happy with our stay there. Only negative thing is.....housekeeping didn't come in daily to straighten up the room or empty garbages/recycling. We had to ask for it to be done. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper too. But overall, for the price of $160 a night and the location......it was good! 😃
Black mold in the bathroom, sink didn't drain. When we told the staff about our problems, they refused to give us any sort of compensation because they already "upgraded us to a nicer room for no additional cost and we already got such a great deal for such a big room". Black mold and a sink that doesn't drain doesn't feel like much of an upgrade to me. Very disappointed, will not be returning.
I liked the breakfast - I was able to eat healthy while grain toast, peanut butter, banana. Generally I only see white bread at hotels.
I met the owner and he was wonderful.
Rona were a great size and could fit a few mountain bikes inside no problem. Great location.

Older property but updated and clean. The exterior could use a bit of TLC. We were in the 2nd building in the back, and weren't bothered by any traffic noise. The air conditioner was old and loud though. All in all, fine for an overnight stay.
