Was so easy to find when we landed, communication from Alex and Alessandro was brilliant and when we arrived 15 minutes earlier than planned they were already there to welcome us. "We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. It is far from the city center and does not feel safe to come back walking at night (area deserted by 8 pm). Had major problem with room keys (had to change rooms after 4 back-and-forth to the reception). Reception staff not the friendliest attitude either. I moved to a similar hotel in the center and just ended up paying for the night...
