I absolutely loved this Hotel. It was quiet, quaint, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right next to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to a bus stop. I'm American, so I may be wrong about the bus stop. Always check. The room was clean and perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Ferrara. Grazie!

Room, floor, BATHROOM, dirty. Covering for drain in shower not attached, I stepped on it and went flying to the floor of the shower. Ruined my visit for friend's wedding. Informed staff, all they said was they would tell maintenance. No concern. Breakfast not great.

PERFETTO PER SOGGIORNARE UNA NOTTE

A volte capita anche l'overbooking

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare in questo hotel. Prenotato dal sito hotels.com. una volta arrivati ci è stato comunicato che era un overbooking. Non posso esprimere un giudizio sulla struttura ma relativamente all'accoglienza un 10 e lode va alla reception, nella persona di Filippo, che in meno di 5 minuti, ha risolto il con grandissima professionalità offrendoci una sistemazione in un hotel di fronte, di categoria superiore. Complimenti e grazie di nuovo.

Super hôtel ! Je recommande !

Superbe hôtel très propre et chambre spacieuse. Dans les environs, centre commercial à deux minutes à pieds et possibilité de se garer très facilement sans supplément. Accueil très sympa avec un hôte qui s'exprime simplement mais efficacement en anglais. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour le prix il est vraiment super !
