"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. "The hotel is right on the shore of the lake. If you walk up the main road from the hotel, you will find some excellent restaurants and wine cellars. A short walk away there are opportunities to rent windsurfing equipment. There were plenty of staff who spoke English."
