The property was great, however the room we stayed in needs a bit of updating. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom door Squeaks so bad you had to leave it open because it would wake someone up. Other then that, the place was great and convenient to downtown. 3 pools we amazing and quiet.

It’s an OK hotel.
Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it.

Pictures of this hotel are deceptive. The hotel is not well maintained and is much older than shown on the photos. We did not have a good experience checking into this hotel which ruined the vacation vibe. We had booked a swim up room with a sea view that was paid fully weeks prior to arrival, however they gave us a different room in a different building than the main hotel. When we complained they tried to justify that a sea view is not guaranteed but when they saw it was clearly stated in our reservation they offered a different room in the main building, which once again was not sea view and the room was under renovation! We didn’t agree and “suddenly” they were able to find the appropriate room we booked under the guise that someone else was supposed to check in but they changed their room. Our room had no towels and we had to go to the reception several times to finally get towels sent to our room. The restaurant buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was terrible. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us an extra $2500 for dinners and drinks at their restaurant that we did not use. They ended up cancelling those charges because there were obviously no signed receipts available to prove the purchases. The only positive attribute of this hotel is the view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Our air conditioning did not work well and had to ring reception a few times. We were on the rooftop so our room was stifling but only had sheers, no block out blinds. The floor around the drinks station at breakfast was always flooded so constantly was slippery and dangerous.

This is a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Oludeniz, very close to the mountain cable car. The hotel was lovely, comfortable with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Beds really comfortable, staff could not do enough and the breakfast was out of this world. I had a Hamann and massage in the Spa and it was the best I have ever ever had. Great value for money but still luxury.

Phenomenal view and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff & concierge. It is also a short walk away from the dolmus stops, and taxis on call waiting 40 feet away if you would prefer a taxi.

Views to die for!
What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️

We had a great stay at this property. We had the swim up room which we loved! The view was unbeatable. Pool water was cold but it was October so to be expected. It’s close to the main beach by car, about 10 mins. The staff were helpful and nice. Only downside was the shower had a slight leak and water would be all over the floor after, but otherwise no complaints.

The food is really, really good. Rooms are also top-tier with amazing views. I had some trouble accessing the Wifi and had to constantly reconnect to different routers. Parking is accessible and plentiful, but they do provide transportation to Sugar Beach via bus.

Great location with wonderful view of the beach. Great pool area and lounging area. Water was running in our toilet in the room. They were not able to fix it and instead gave us a key to an empty room at the very far end of the floor, facing the city for toilet access.

Horrible service
Where to start ?!!!, the first day the staff offered us a honeymoon room 322 , it happened to be the worst room , 1-to start with broken bed , matras distorted so discomfort and cracked noisy bed couldn’t sleep. Pillows Hal of the no cover, 2- toilet horrible smell coming from the shower,with a towel left I guess from previous customer . Next day asked either to change the bed or the room. The manager offered me to spend another night there with an upgrade next, I refused to spend another night on that horrible room. They accepted to change the room. Not to mention a broken tv, a broken bathroom door, tv remote control not working. After so many calls to the reception with a promise to have a new We have to wait until 2pm to get a new room 312 looks new the bed was comfortable and cleaner . A lost day for nothing . 3-two days in raw we ha have to ask several times for a beach towels. At the sauna they send us to the reception and vice versa. Every time we have to call several times to get a service or or something to be charged. I have been traveling all my life time and around the world never seen such a poor service. Unfriendly atmosphere. One thing to mention. By mistake I took the stairs to the kitchen, what a horrible dirty place. You should send someone to check. I hope something will be done.

The location of the property was excellent. The general Manger is very professional and customer service oriented. The staff were informative and friendly; however for English speaking guest it can be frustrating because some of the staff don't speak English. I enjoyed my stay and would always choose sertil hotel to stay if I am staying in olundiz. A big thank you to Fatima, Mr. Ohan(the general manager and his assistant who were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

When you sit on your balcony or on the entrance balcony, 5 minutes is enough to grant you the peace of mind with the amazing view of Ölüdeniz beach side

Loved our stay
Lovely quiet stay. Cosy room, swim up room but water quite cold but you get used to it easily. Lovely views. Lovely infinity pool. Delicious food from breakfast to evening meal, although it was buffet it was varied, tasty and very well presented. Service was friendly whilst professional. Drinks and snacks were good value. We used the spa for a couples pamper package which was very good and also good value. Reception staff were also always helpful and courteous.

Lovely Hotel with Fantastic Views
We have recently returned from a fantastic relaxing break at the this hotel which is situated close to Hisaronu on a hillside overlooking Oludeniz Bay. The rooms and facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Days were spent by the pool and with both Hisaronu and Oludeniz being only short taxi rides away there was plenty of choice on what to do in the evenings. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely being returning to the Sertil hotel

Nice clean quiet hotel in the mountains. Great sea view and part of the beach area. Also nice to watch the paragliders. Would stay here again but probably go for a swim up room, next time. Had a lovely massage in the Spa. Friendly helpful staff.

Lovely hotel ruined by the noise
The bar manager (Nedin) likes the music at nightclub volumes. The bar is al fresco and every room in the hotel faces it. Ask for it to be turned down and you might have an hour of peace but then the music creeps up again as though you were dealing with sullen teenagers rather than professional staff. Olideniz and Hisronu are awful and really tacky (the worst excesses of the Costa del Sol but without the charm of the Spanish) but that would have been tolerable if the hotel was as quiet and relaxing as the photos suggest. IT'S NOT - DON'T GO.

Perfect escape retreat
From start to end we had no problems. Staff were polite and helpful, room very clean, food drinks etc excellent Great value spa facilities. A perfect haven for that stress free peaceful escape.

Great view but hard location to go and bad service for luggage from down (bus stop) to hotel, it's very hard to hold ur bags from down to hotel, the slope is very hard, should be assistant for gusts

No choice!!
The owner closed the hotel just prior to our stay even though we had a paid booking. However he did make arrangements at the nearby Orka Sunlife Hotel which was excellent. Had no choice really.

Pros: Modern and clean, fantastic outdoor pool and views. Breakfast was great and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in a safe room after check out and prior to us leaving oludeniz. The hotel is very close to the centrum but also close to hisaronu where all the nightlife seems to be. Cons: no private spa tub as advertised. Lobby area was not well equipped to deal with rain though the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and we understand the slight flooding was not their fault at all

Not sure what all the fuss is about
Firstly, hotels.com gave us incorrect information on the website and we were charged for the minibar, it was NOT free as stated on the website. Of all the staff members, Borak and Kadir were most helpful and attentive. There is a hotel immediately to the right of Sertil, so their music would try to blend into ours in the evenings. After day 5, the food is repetitive, although it is of good quality. The 'orange juice' is orange squash :-) We paid for a sea view room, and on arrival were allocated a tiny corner room. We couldn't change to the room we paid for because there was no availability. Very disappointed to say the least.

Exceptional Stay
There is one issue about the location, it is located uphill and the running shuttles will not take you up to the hotel. And the smaller road to the hotel from the main road has no lights at night and it is not a short distance. Another issue is that if you want to go to the beach by shuttle it is manageable because you will need to walk downhill then the stop is just at your side. However, when you come from the beach the shuttle will stop at the opposite side of the road so you will need to cross a two-way road with no path for pedestrians. Be aware of the crossing cars. Of course if you rely on a taxi then this would not be at all an issue. But if you are looking to save some money on transportation it is an issue.

Great quiet location and fab pool
Great hotel with modern facilities and high quality fixtures. 15 minute into Hirosonu and 5 mins to main road to get the frequent dalmus buses into Oludenaz, both of which have a multitude of shops and restaurants.

Lovely place but a few teething troubles...
Booked this hotel last minute for a few nights away with my partner. Didn't realise hotel had only just opened till we arrived. We had a really lovely time and think that this place will be great once some teething troubles are sorted out! Location and views are incredible. Had a swim-up room which was really lovely! Totally relaxing!! Rooms are a good size although had a few troubles with air con and the tv. Staff were really apologetic and tried their best to sort things out for us! Had half-board package and found plenty to eat for each meal! Staff at the restaurant worked really hard and were friendly. My main area for improvement is the front desk staff. Didn't receive any info when I checked-in about food, wifi, towels, pool times etc and 2 of them could be a bit unfriendly and unsmiling!

We truly had an amazing time, it's all brand new and spotlessly clean, the location is great and the views from the infinity pool were spectacular. We met the owner who was very accommodating and extremely friendly as were the staff. Would definitely return.

Wir sind seid 2015 jedes Jahr in Fethiye / ölüdeniz aber dieses Jahr waren wir enttäuscht.Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Hotel. Hatten gebucht halb Pension. Frühstück war alles in Ordnung jedoch das Abendessen bekommt man nicht mal normales Wasser. Komischer weise ist die Maschine defekt. Auf Ansprache ist es nicht in packet drine . Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage nur gebucht .Die Zimmer sind aber schrecklich. Überall Schimmel die Wände sind nass . Die Tür zur Toilette defekt ging nicht richtig zu. Das Bett total ungemütlich. Nacht Kommode war defekt . Balkon Möbel gerissen.
