Hotellets buffé var några kartiner med enkla rätter dock utan skyltar. Fanns inte vegetariska rätter. Så man viste inte vad man åt. Personalen pratade inte engelska alls utom en. "I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."

"Upon arriving and informing the front desk I was there to check in I was simply told ‘no’. When I explained I had a reservation through Expedia the lady checked and proceeded to check me in but continued complaining about it. Hardly welcoming. We just wanted to get some snacks from the restaurant and watch the football but the restaurant was really full service with no option to get snacks. We were told any food we wanted would take an hour. We asked if we needed a reservation but were told no so we just got drinks and settled in to watch the football. About 10 minutes later the restaurant staff came and told us to come as they were ready now which was confusing since they had said an hour, anyway we went to eat. The food was good. The room was excellent, the 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Great accommodation but the service could be better."
