"Happy hour food and drinks were included (surprise!) and great. Staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to serve us. Breakfast was solid! I will definitely be looking for Drury's for all my future trips."

"Kitchen didn’t have paper towels or plates/ bowls/silverware etc. The shower was very cold. Curtains are needed- lots of light comes through as well as street noise. Between that and slamming doors of neighbors throughout the night we didn’t sleep. The staff was great and overall cleanliness of the room was great. "

"nice staff and clean room. We were not there long, but would certainly stay again. It's a smaller hotel so you don't have the hustle of a large complex, and the parking was easy. The breakfast in the morning was what you expect from a hotel, but the coffee was actually good. Our room was very clean, but not super luxurious. The finishes are standard but the bed was very comfy. Great staff, everyone was nice and said hello. "

"So, front desk guy was friendly. Got to my room and was exhausted. Pulled down the blankets and see black body hair all in sheets and even something else I had no idea what it was. First time opening door to room it appeared clean until I pulled down the sheets. Pillows were very old, flat, stained 3 across. I just slept ontop of comforter with my own throw. Then when i was sitting there watching T.V a giant bug crawled across the ceiling. I tried to check out early as possible and talk with an employee butb when I went to the front desk aroubd 5 am it said ring bell for assistance. Well.... there was no bell.... no employee to be found...I srood there for minutes saying hello with no reply...so I left my room key on front desk and left. "

"Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! "

"Our room was spacious with gray lighting and good TV however the noise from highway was very loud. The breakfast was very basic."

"Only one issue and it has zero to do with the conditions of the rooms or amenities, but it has become a very big problem for me that i now am on about day 3 of blame game ping pong between my bank and Candlwood Suites because nobody wants to step up and be accountable. But i can tell you this, if Desk clerk for Candlewood completes my check in process without a very big mistake as i see it. Then this review is 180 degrees the other way. Long story short upon arrival and check in i handed o er my card for security deposit and incidentals and clerk ran it for $100. Typical. But almost immediately looks to me like maybe he thinks the card didnt run or there was something wrong with that attempt at running the card. So he asks to run it again but this time for some reason i cant seem to justify charges me $116.25 this time for security deposit and incidentals???.. I am u aware that any of this takes place until i get to my room check my account and it shows both transactions processed and were withdrawn from my account immediately along with the $132 also withdrawn for the cost of the room itself for a total of +-$348. At this point not a real big deal mistakes happen. I go back to front desk ask whats going with the double charge for security deposit of 2 different amounts entirely and was told the mistake was caught. That the erroneous $116 charge was caught right away and would return to my account in "a couple of days" along with the other $100 correctly charged deposit"

"No hot fresh breakfast as described. Fan in room made loud noise and wiggled like it was going to come off the celing so we didnt use it. Lotion broken off the wall in the bathroom. Staff was rude when asked about getting a box of klenex. "
