"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "The stay was great and in a good location. It’s in an apartment complex and they keys are given digitally which work great. It’s right by the beach, supermarket is 2 mins away along with train and metro stations being a 15 min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in this area however on Sundays most are closed. The AC in the property works amazing and the beds were actually very comfy.
