The casino in the Encore wasn’t as lively as expected. The Wynn casino was much more lively. Did not get a chance to visit the pool. Had to ask for slippers in the room. Would be nice to include them on arrival. Would also be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late ...
