"Everything was perfect except one, the mattress was very hard; i had a difficult time trying to get sleep, always woke up with a sore back. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay at, good location for local shopping. "

"I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That is not customer service or wanting your guests to have a nice stay, it made us feel angry and upset. Overall the apartment was pretty, the view amazing and the staff gentle."
