Very good Hotel, but a bit far away from the beach, about 30 mins. Otherwise we had a very good stay and the breakfast was really good with a variety of food.

Loved this hotel

Air conditioning was great as it was really hot outside, the room was very clean and the bed comfy,and the fridge was an added bonus, the safe was free too, we didnt have breakfast but it was nice to find out the coffee machine was free, which we had most days and was of good quality, the seating area was large with comfy chairs in , was close to bars and a big supermarket on the doorstep.and only a short walk to the beach which was brilliant.we will definitely stay there again.

A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay.

This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Freundliches Personal, aber Zimmer mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich positiv geprägt. Auch das Frühstück konnte überzeugen, ebenso die Sauberkeit des Frühstücksraums, hier gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Leider stand dem eine ganze Reihe an Problemen im Zimmer gegenüber. Das Bett (auf Rollen) war eine Katastrophe – komplett durchgelegen und quietschend, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. In der Dusche fanden wir zudem Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nur bis maximal 25 Grad herunter, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zu wenig ist. Da die Zimmer über einem Supermarkt liegen, ist außerdem dauerhaft dessen große Klimaanlage zu hören – man lässt das Fenster besser geschlossen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur etwa 20 Minuten, ein Auto braucht man vor Ort eigentlich nicht. Auch direkt vor der Tür befinden sich mehrere große Fastfood-Ketten, was strategisch sehr praktisch ist. Fazit: Tolles, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück, aber die Zimmerausstattung (Bett, Klimaanlage, Schimmel) müsste dringend überarbeitet werden.
