"We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and mountable. In the location of the hotel is ideal and proximity to the nut, museums, Palace, and public transport. We just left this hotel!"

"Location wise, its very accessible from all the attractions, shopping etc. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Breakfast has such a lovely spread, with great options and lovely fresh cupcakes. Only thing I can fault is that some fruits were rotten and my kids and husband had food poisoning while staying there. Obviously not sure if its related but still that would be something they need to take care of for the brand they are. The staff are very very helpful. We had an issue with blocked bathroom and they immediately changed our room."

"We had a wonderful time, very convenient location an parking; bus station in less than 1 min walk away; you are in Innsbruck city center in less than 30 minutes. Huge rooms, great views, very good breakfast which was unexpected. Thank you guys."

"Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back. "
