This was the cutest hotel ever with the most amazingly friendly, welcoming, & helpful staff. While the room was small, it was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Staying here for sure on our next visit!

A great location, close to everything on Capitol Hill. It is a minimalistic style with function at its core. Beds were ok. Great basic amenities, although disappointed that there was no breakfast on the weekend. Didnt even see coffee as none was in the room. Restaurants were not too far away. Its a good hotel if you want a decent place to crash.

My room had a smell it smelled like mildew . Like the carpet was shampoo & didn't dry well. The door to the refrigerator was broke. No blackout curtain . Shower needs to be address because water gets on the floor.

Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7.
