"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Stunning stay in the hills above Gjirokastër.
Beautiful hotel, food at the restaurant was amazing, stunning pool area and the staff could not do enough to ensure an amazing stay.
If you are driving yourself to the hotel, do NOT follow Google maps, sure you ask for the road route video before you arrive to make life easier. The road leading through the town are very narrow and steep."
"We stayed 1 night in a triple room. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was also good and offered a good variety including made to order eggs.
The hotel is a short walk from the old Bazaar and offers amazing views of Gjirokaster, we could see the castle from our room.
