"The parking lot is full of potholes. The main office is hard to get into due to construction. The building and surrounding area are in poor condition and appear aged. The office, hallways, and interior are nasty, dirty, damaged, and smell gross. The room was abysmal. Everything was dirty, broken, in poor condition, and extremely aged. The room smells terrible"
