"The property was ideally located to downtown shopping, restaurants and the popular Alamo Drafthouse cenima. It is a great location and nice downtown community with a combination of shops and nearby apartments, it is a fantastic location.
The staff was amazing. The food in the restaurant was creative and equally excellent, helpful $$-&$$ so a little pricey but well worth it. I recommend the green chili egg dish for breakfast. It is a modern twist for a traditional favorite., their version of juevos rancheros."
"The room that we got with one bed was so small that you had to almost walk sideways to get around either side of the bed. The first thing I do every single time I check into a hotel is check the bed, well there bedding had not been changed, it had dirt spots, hair and what looked like greasy food stains. It was disgusting! I went to the front desk and demanded a new bigger room with 2 bed and there were happy to oblige and didn't charge is for the upgrade.
The other thing we didn't like was that they say breakfast was included. We went to the breakfast area around 7 am and the only thing available was coffee/tea or juice, wheat bread, 2 blan cereals which were spilled all over the counter and about 5 apples in a bowl. We didn't see a toaster too make toast, no bowls, utensils or even milk for the cereal. It was not very unappealing. It wasn't even enough to call it a continental breakfast, which is the minimum basics available.
I asked the front desk what was supposed to be there and he said pastries, coffee/ tea and juice.
For the prices they charge I expected better. We were very disappointed in our overall stay."
"The property is very good. I was surprised that the parking was not free. I have never encountered a property so situated that charges for parking. Also, my credit card was first billed for above the reserved amount and the adder for incidentials. Also later a second charge was made that even the staff did not understand. The staff was helpful in rosolving both these issues and I paid"
