"Not gonna lie, this “inn” completely deceived us. The lobby looks presentable, but once you get past that, the condition of the place is terrible. First of all, it’s very obvious their PTAC units (the AC/heat systems in the rooms) have not been properly maintained or even had their filters cleaned. Our room smelled like dirty mop water — musty with a very strong odour. It was unbearable. The only way to make it tolerable was turning the system off completely at the thermostat. Even then, the entire room still had this lingering stench. At night, because we couldn’t keep the air on, the room became incredibly hot and uncomfortable. We were constantly sweating. Ironically, they have air fresheners mounted throughout the hallways that are way too strong but smell decent. Unfortunately, air freshener only does so much when you can still smell the mustiness underneath it all. On top of that, there were bleach stains all over the hallway floors. The shower had black mould in the grout, and the corners of the bathroom floor had literal piles of dirt shoved into them. Absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to complete our stay because we had already paid and were told the booking was “non-refundable.” I definitely would NOT recommend this inn to anyone. Even though the place seemed fairly busy, that does not justify the condition it’s in. Like the saying goes: you pay for what you get."

"The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."

"It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. This time it worked for a few hours and then again around 10:30 pm we noticed the room getting uncomfortably warm and he came for a third time and this time he couldn’t get it going so we had to switch rooms at 10:30 pm with 2 toddlers and a baby. It was very inconvenient. They did however provide yxc"

"Great people, great rooms. Key areas of improvement- 1. Give bottled water to customers in rooms 2. Give better pillows 3. Better showerhead for nicer shower experience 4. Continental breakfast was a "scam" in the sense very limited options. You cant just give 2 varieties of fruits- honeydew & orange slices. Tea/coffee selection wasnt extravagant. I expected to see waffles, crepes, nutella, scrambled eggs, some earthy veggies, etc."
