"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. "

"The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Communication before our arrival was excellent. Getting into the property no problem. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything that we needed. Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. "Perfect location for the Helix park in Falkirk. The stunning Kelpies within walking distance and a short drive to the Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is located on a business park and the nearest restaurant (which was excellent) is Cooks bar and restaurant about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. The hotel is clean and modern, reception staff friendly and helpful. The only downside, the double bed is on the small side. "

"We only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Bo’ness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend! "

"Needs a lot of tlc to be put into the rooms, me and my mate had a enuite twin with a lovely shower. Beds were comfy the room was very small and tight on space. The cleanliness of the room wasn't the best as there were dead flies lying around the room and bathroom, was also very badly stained in areas. Some staff were helpful and some not so much. Price for the stay was a bit overpriced for the lack of care gone into it. We would stay again based on the beds being comfy and decent shower. Just hope that when we do return that there has been improvements been made to make the price p/n more worth it"
