"The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I want to be clear that my concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property, not the employees. For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel the room or the property’s condition justified the price. Our room appeared generally clean, although it was difficult to tell how clean the carpet was because it was very dark. The bathroom was outdated, and the bathtub had noticeable stains that made it feel less clean. There was also only one chair in the room, and it was heavily stained, so we chose not to use it. I was traveling with my dog and noticed an additional charge for incidentals. My dog is well-behaved, never gets on the furniture, and I always clean up after him. Unfortunately, there was dog waste elsewhere on the property, which suggests some pet owners are not being responsible. It was disappointing to see responsible pet owners paying additional fees while the property itself wasn’t being maintained as well as it should be. Another issue was that guests in a nearby room were smoking marijuana, even though this is advertised as a non-smoking hotel. The odor carried into the area where we were staying, and it seemed like the no-smoking policy was not being enforced. "The staff was amazing at the hotel and working through a difficult building. The building is falling down. They do not have extra towels or pillows, the pool is broken. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff just fantastic. They are completely let down by ownership as ownership has allowed this hotel to begin falling apart. Pool hasn’t worked in years, elevator makes very concerning noises, food is scarce. Our shower has a broken door, tears in the carpet, furniture was very old and falling apart. The staff continued to smile and offer what they can do. Photos must be AI because it looks similar to the ones online but a lot of doctoring to make it look beautiful. We will stay at the Hilton next time. I hope the other Hotels scoop up these amazing employees and bring them into the fold when this hotel closes because the owner chooses not to do anything to upkeep this property."

"It was very clean and exactly as advertised. We were glad to have the full fridge and freezer for our ice packs and food we were traveling with that needs to stay cold. It was spacious enough for 3 people even though it was just me & my son. We felt safe & it was quiet. It was hard to find in the dark and the code wasn’t right (a side effect of booking online/indirectly). But the host answered the phone immediately and remedied it. Would stay here again."
