"The room was far better than I was expecting. I was impressed by my large roof balcony (although far too wet and windy to use it on my visit) and the lovely view to the Botanic Gardens from it. Comfortable bed, the heating worked and a nice bathroom. Only improvement I can think of is a desk and chair, as I got a kink in my back from trying to work on my laptop off the bedside table. It's walkable from here. The Botanic Gardens across the road is worth a visit. There's a restaurant/café next door. Bus 8 from the airport has a stop not too far away, so that's convenient. I would stay here again and recommend this to others."

Felicity was incredibly friendly assisting with local tips and went above and beyond during my stay by loaning me a waterproof pouch for a kayak trip - highly recommended."
