"The hotel is well-maintained and clean. I choose it because I was flying into Salisbury MD airport and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. During my travel I called the hotel to ask how I got the shuttle. An angry sounding employee said thd shuttle was just for the flight crew. I advised her that is not what their website said. She told me I could ride the shuttle if there was room but once the flight crew was on the shuttle they would leave immediately even if I had not made it to the shuttle. There was no reason for her to be so rude and unprofessional"

"$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre. There was no insulation to muffle the neighbors’ noise on same floor and above. It was hard to figure out how to use the shower, which was poor quality and seemed that it could break at any time. "

"Super cute and clean bungalows. Not sure if it’s just because it was the off season, but the pool was half drained and was green and not nice appearing. We did check in at 10pm and the code on the door was not the code they had sent me so we had to call to get the code. The bungalows truly do float so expect some motion/noise while sleeping. Otherwise, very nice area. "

"I want to start with saying this place was nice . Our stay was very so peaceful. Those bathtubs however were nasty my kids and I couldn’t shower the whole stay! "

"The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."

"The room was super clean and just renovated. It’s an older style motel with doors that open to the parking lot. We will stay here again. "
