"Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne."

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "
