"The room I got (129) smelled heavily like urine, it was ubearable. They moved me to another room (128), it also smelled and there were urine spots (possibly from a dog) on the carpet. The night was miserable. I did not stay the second night, I contacted Expedia to get a refund at least for the second night since I couldn't go back to that smell had to find another place to stay. Extremely inconvinient."

"I had a terrible experience with the front desk guy assisting over the phone trying to get details for my reservation I wish I would have been able to get his name. I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. Once we got there the lady in the front was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awful. The yogurt expired. The pancake mix was sour and there was a fly in the juice. Like it had been left unattended. The room was fine and it was clean. But the experiences with staff and breakfast hindered our stay. We will not be staying here anymore. "

"Air conditioning Ok, only one little soap for 3 people, towells old, and the worse of it broken TV control , could watch one Chanel. Call receptionist for that and no one brought one until next day addressing the inconveniences the problem was solved. We stay two days. Ah! Notice they are keeping $50 security deposit 😩"

"Room I had is very clean. Shared kitchen was equipped with all the utensils needed to cook. Very peaceful property. "

"The beddings in the room did not appear clean. The room had a musty smell as if people had been smoking in it. There was no breakfast lounge. Not a place I would recommend for any but the most undescerning guest or traveller."
