"A basic 2 single bed room with basic amenities being a kitchenette and bathroom. No tea towel, no floor mat for bathroom. Guest must strip sheets off bed and sweep apartment. Bed average comfort and room is looking tired from age and no recent renovations. Self check in via a hotel phone so no staff present to assist with anything. Not situated in a very nice neighborhood but 7 min walk to train station is 2 stops to central station."

"The hotel was well located in easy reach of Oslo S and trams. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and although the hotel didn't have a restaurant (only a bar), were happy to recommend places to eat."

"The location was good - easy to walk to many of the places to be seen in Oslo. Very convenient for the train to the airport. Our 1st room there was very small - not much space for anything - we had a family room. Our 2nd room there was also a family room and it was very nice - we had enough space to keep our luggage and a large bathroom. Really appreciate Kristin who was there when we checked in the 2nd time - she helped give us an early check in seeing my elderly father and took the trouble to change the room that had been blocked for us so he did not have to wait at the reception - she was also very thoughtful in offering us breakfast to go as we were checking out at 4 AM the next morning. She was extremely kind and helpful. Check out was ok - they would not let us use the door that leads directly to the station so we had to go outside with the luggage and my dad and had to use stairs to get to the station. In case you are driving to the hotel and need to drop off your luggage, it is a bit tricky - so call the hotel and ask for specific instructions."

"The location is the only tricky part. It’s 25 minutes walk away from the central station. And it’s on the hill. So if you’re carrying big luggage I’d recommend to use some transportation. Other than that, everything was perfect. The room is clean. And not too small. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a lovely stay"
