The room did not have any drawers, beds were not cleaned/remade for 3 nights, refrigerator was not working, no exhaust in the bathroom so it kept smelling and lastly the walls were paper thin so very hard to get sleep in the night.

Staff was very nice but our foldout couch was disgusting. It has stains all over the mattress and there was no bedding in the room for the foldout. I went down to the lobby and she gave me sheets and a blanket. We put three layers of sheets on it.

I have looked into your critique about our parking fee and went onto Expedia directly and found the parking fee mentioned in the amenity section, about section, and in our policy section on Expedia. We do not wish for there to be any surprises and we apologize about your experience. To further fix this issue we have redone our parking passes as of January to ensure guests are notified about the fee when they check in. If there's anything else please give us a call to speak to a supervisor. Again, we apologize for your stay.

Clean and comfortable
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Automatic charging of $7.50 per night for parking, even if no car was irritating. It feels "chincy". Noise from floor above was bothersome.

We had an issue with check in that greatly affected our trip. We were unable to change, shower or relax before our show began, because we were not permitted to check in for 1.5 hours after the stated check in of 3pm.We had to leave for our show at 5:20, by the time we got into the room it was after 4:30. We were on a schedule- the hotels inability to deliver based on their documented check in time compromised that. Travelocity did very little to help as a matter of fact we are still waiting for the minimal credit they told us we would receive.

This place used to be our favorite place to stay when in Flag. It's starting to look a bit rundown from the inside. The bathroom is developing a moldy look and the room carpet is very spoiled. Good needs, good breakfast, nice staff, conveniently of the interstate.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping staff knocked loudly on our door at 930am. When answered, staff said “I’m just checking”. When I asked her what she was checking, she just brushed it off and walked away. I let the front desk know what happened as a FYI, she just brushed it off and said “that’s when they check”. I explained that at that time my children were still asleep and it was rude for her to knock to loudly. Neither of them apologized or excused themselves from the inconvenience. The trash cans in the rooms are dirty, obviously not being wiped down or sanitized. When we took out the plastic liners, there were old dried food pieces along the walls of the can. We left our trash outside our door in the morning and when we returned to our room at night, the trash bags were still there.

We arrivied about 2 pm for a 3pm check in. We were told the room was not ready and they would call us. They did not call. We came back slightly after yhe 3pm stated check in. The room was still not ready. We did not get access to the room until 4:20. We had scheduled tickets for later that evening. We did not have time to shower or change we had 25 minutes from getting the room till we had to leave for our planned evening, unshowered, and feeling uncomfortable. The staff (Theresa?) told us check in is 3pm or when the room is ready. The customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. I stay at Hampton because they are professional and service orientated. Not this location. In addition I have a pending charge on my credit card for $7.50 -now I have to spend time to find out what this is for. My suggestion- STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Our early check policy is as follows: early check in is never guaranteed and only based on availability. The day of your arrival, early check in was unavailable as we were short staffed and housekeeping was very busy and had a lot of rooms to clean. When it was brought to the housekeeper's attention that we needed the room as quickly as possible, she immediately got on it and began cleaning it very quickly and efficiently. As far as the 7.50 charge on your card, that is the parking fee for our property and we started that on December 1st. If you have further questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us.

Good free breakfask, frontdesk staff are friendly, but its just very inconvenient in dryer,only small one available. I was told 2 big ones has been broken for 8 months now. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks I had to go to laundromat to dry my clothes .

Since out cabin was destroyed in the Tunnel Fire, this has served as our Flagstaff destination. We meet and enjoy our family at the property.
