"The hotel itself is very nice, it’s the staff and amenities that could improve. I now refuse to use the room coffee makers so it would be nice to have coffee, tea, hot water available in the lobby like most hotels do. Also the check-in staff could use some customer service training. The woman grunted when she had to open the 24-hr fitness room for me as my access key would not work. "
