"We were there just last week for 5 days. When we drove up, the outside of the building was in bad shape, paint peeling off the exterior everywhere, grass was tall (although they did mow it about 2 days before we left). The interior had dirty fabric side chairs (arms and head area)and all of them were that way. We got into our room and it was very basic which is ok if it is clean. I immediately checked the mattresses and pillows for bed bugs. None! The bathroom grout was mildewed and the towels were paper thin. The bed sheets were clean, but my gosh, the lumpiest pillows EVER. No cups for in-room coffee maker but we didn’t want to chance it anyway. We bought bottle water at store and went out for breakfast. I’d be surprised if this hotel is still around in a year. But I suppose at $100/night vs. $200/night at Fairfield and Hampton, this is what we get."

"We had problems with our air conditioner. We were told since we booked through a third party that they couldn’t refund any money. If we had to move rooms they didn’t have any suites left so would have to eat the lose. We turned it off for awhile and it started working. Our main problem was the response from them. Oh they did offer use fans for the night."
