"The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid ..."

"Easy check in, good size room with mini kitchen, mini bathroom but separate toilet (which is nice). Good underground parking for reasonable fee. Helpful staff. Very close to the Richard Wagner museum. Recommended."
