"Lorsque je suis passé chercher les clés à la réception accueil patronal arrivé dans l'appartement fenêtre ouverte froid radiateur de chauffage ne marchait pas et une ampoule sur deux de griller est la superficie ne correspond pas à ce qui est indiqué à la réservation cet appartement de 4 personnes convient juste à 2 personnes lorsque nous sommes arrivé à l'appartement une puanteur d'égout car la femme de ménage avait enlevé les bondes de lavabo et toutes les odeurs remontais"

"The bedroom/ bathroom was the worse we have ever stayed in. No light in main room, toilet seat actually fell off, no extra pillows. However, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was just acceptable."
