New but bad hotel

Nice looking newly build/renovated hotel. Sadly we had a very bad stay. The hotel was sold out and we got a room on street level. The only window was next to the walkway and less that 2m from a road with heavy trafik. So you could not have a open window - and no AC! Half the room had no furniture and coffeemaker/kettle/glasses ect was not in the room. Extremely basic. Worst of all no sound insulation in the walls and doors so you could hear the next door person speaking in details. Breakfast was a circus’s no free tables, an overrun buffet and one two coffe makers. As a traveling business man doing 80-90 hotel night a year this was one of the worst ever - and a wast of money 160eur

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Eine neue und moderne Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles super.

Blev vækket kl 2 af en radiator der gik i selvsving inde på toilettet og det lød virkeligt som om en bankede hårdt på døren til toilettet, jeg stod op og fik skruet lidt på termostaten og den holdt op. Men 15 minutter senere var den gal igen.. og denne gang ustoppelig indtil kl 7.. jeg henvendte mig til personalet vedr en lille kompensation men blev afvist ved skranken. Der er selvfølgeligt ikke personalets skyld at det som skete, det skete.. men oplevelsen var bestemt ikke rar. Har det på video men kan desværre ikke vedhæfte den her.. det lyder voldsomt

Solides Hotel, Personal war sehr nett, ein großes Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit zum Flur. Wir wurden ab 7:30 von diversen Gästen und Reinigungskräften geweckt. In einem so modern eingerichteten Hotel würde man mehr Ruhe auf dem Zimmer erwarten.

God morgenmad. Hoteller er ikke helt færdigt, derfor noget larm fra håndværkere. Vi vil hellere bo på et hotel som har mere sjæl. Gode shopping muligheder.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit tollem, ambitioniertem Team. Das Personal ist wirklich bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind neu und praktisch mit sehr schönem Bad. Die Fenster sind schalldicht. Frühstück vielfältig und aufgrund der Zeiten super geeignet für Frühaufsteher. Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed. Dejligt hotel med skønne værelser, venlig betjening, gode senge, støjdæmpende vinduer og alsidig morgenbuffet. Parkering ved hotellet fungerede perfekt. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen 👍

Dejligt hotel der lå meget centralt, og alligevel var vi ikke generer at "by støj" personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Der var travlt under morgenmaden, men det blev effektivt ryddet af og fyldt op. Værelserne var pæne og morgenmaden lækker.
