"Very good location just a few minutes from the Autoroute A26, but not close enough to be heard!!
Very lovely location, the grounds are extensive and must take a lot of time to maintain, so the dry summer meant it looked a little below par.
The room was satisfactory, although a leaking shower head, non-functioning TMV's on the sinks and mis-programmed TV remote, though not big issues in themselves, created a sense of a lack of attention to detail.
Welcoming Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
Checkout was a little confusing, as a sign in Reception said that it was back in the Main Hotel Reception, which was a short walk away, but it was a chance to see inside the fancy Hotel next door.
The Brasserie in the courtyard between the 2 hotels looked very inviting, but we had other plans, so did not sample it on this visit.
Its location makes it ideal for us, so now that we have tried it, we will stay again."
"Impressive property when pulling up. Thankfully staff still available at midnight for check in after a very delayed shuttle crossing. Room was large and bathroom massive! Two sinks and roll top bath in our attic room. Only downside was no kettle / tea coffee making facility in the room. Would have been really useful for us with an early departure and not having breakfast. Found a Sophie boulangerie 5 mins away in a small retail area. Cant comment much on other facilities as with late arrival and a early departure we didn’t use any"
"Stayed for 1 night, very clean and comfortable, Isabelle was very welcoming. Bought cold beer from her little shop. Breakfast next morning was beautiful and in stunning surroundings "
"Rooms dated and basic but clean and adequate for an overnight stop over. Breakfast was also basic but good that it is included. Biggest bonus is secure parking included in room price."
"Beautiful and quiet location, very helpful, check-in was smooth and quick. Excellent help finding a restaurant for dinner and we got 10% discount when we used our voucher from the hotel. Cute dogs and cats and donkeys in the garden next door. Breakfast was wonderful- croissants and homemade yoghurt."
