"Older hotel. Decent size room, comfortable bed. Wall in the bath showed damage, but everything was functional. I arrived late and got nervous when I saw a shut gate, but a sign gave an after hour number and I was given a code to open the gate and check in. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that"

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of parking spaces and the hotel looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site bar and restaurant were very good. We were very pleased with our stay."

"This hotel is well positioned to get to the centre and the Menin Gate, bith being easily walkable. Check-in was easy and breakfast had a vast choice. The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The only issue we had, along with our sons who were in another room was the air conditioning was pretty poor. This wouldn't normally be an issue except there is a currently a Europe wide heatwave. All in all, good value for money and perfect as a base."
