"L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude ! Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4...

"Property is in a good location, and is a good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor verandah where you can hang clothes. There is a beach view which is lovely but unfortunately, this is where it ends. Apartment was not clean. Everything appeared dirty. We washed the towels before using them as we weren’t sure they were clean. Apartment smelt like cooking, and was very stuffy. Only one bowl provided, so tricky with breakfast! "

"The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for a cleaner, we were promised one who did not show up throughout our entire stay. We had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower (it was either too hot or too cold - no in between). Our bedding and blankets were unclean. "

"Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included. Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies. There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

"Wir sind sehr freundlich in der Unterkunft empfangen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit beantwortet. Die Dachterrasse wie auch die Nähe zum Strand haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles nötige und vieles mehr, war vorhanden. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Besonders die Aufmerksamkeiten bei unserer Ankunft haben wir sehr wertgeschätzt. "

"We had a great 10 day honeymoon at La Pirogue. They were very accommodating at the beginning and end of holiday giving us a spare room to shower in. The food everg day was incredible. Cocktails lovely. No extra hidden charges. We played crazy golf and used the sports facilities too. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon! "

"I really liked this adults only hotel. Compared to the hotel we came from in Grand Baie, this was a nice and relaxing change. Without kids running around, it made for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Everything was lovely from our room to the grounds to the available water activities. However, with the lack of children, the food options were limited. Sometimes I just wanted a simple pizza or some ice cream, but that wasn’t available at dinner. Also, the nighttime entertainment was less touristy and family oriented, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it would’ve been cool to see some local, cultural entertainment. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing and serene, which I loved. The vibe in Flic-En-Flac is just very chill, which I also loved, in comparison to the busy, touristy vibe of Grand Baie. Really, there isn’t too much to complain about here. The staff was very friendly, the beach/pool areas were great, the room was nice and big, and it was easy to park the car since the hotel was at the end of the street (I.e. not much traffic). I’d love to go back to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"Amazing apartment!! Gorgeous property with fantastic ocean views. The property was clean and plenty of towels provided and everything needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and clean. Parking space provided. There is a small shop in walking distance and larger supermarket (will need to drive). Plenty of restaurants and food stalls in the area. Great area for snorkeling, lots of colourful fish. The water isnt too deep in the day, so you can swim out. Lovely pool which was cleaned every morning. Lovely friendly ladies who cleaned for us. Would recommend this property for an amazing stay in Mauritius."
