Good location

Good location next to the beach and a good layout of the apartment. Confusing that the place has two names. The code the get in through the front door was not correct. Hot water comes and it is not so clean.

In need of a good clean.

Property is in a good location, and is a good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor verandah where you can hang clothes. There is a beach view which is lovely but unfortunately, this is where it ends. Apartment was not clean. Everything appeared dirty. We washed the towels before using them as we weren’t sure they were clean. Apartment smelt like cooking, and was very stuffy. Only one bowl provided, so tricky with breakfast!

Recommended apartment right near the beach.

This apartment is perfectly located right next to the beach in Flic En Flac. There are lots of cafés and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment itself. We felt very secure with all external gates being on pin code locks including the entrance to the offstreet parking. We had a two bedroom apartment, where there was plenty wardrobe space, and comfortable beds. There was a covered balcony where we were able to eat outside. Wi-Fi was also great, and there was a good TV although we never found much to watch on the local channels! The kitchen had a oven, hob, microwave and kettle - and the basic crockery you would need. Communication with the property was clear and simple and we used WhatsApp to keep in touch.

Für Selbstversorger ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Das Reinigungspersonal ist freundlich, flexibel bei abweichenden Reinigungszeiten und sehr fleißig. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage zum Strand sowie zu allen wichtigen Infrastrukturen ist traumhaft. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Zwei Punkte zur Verbesserung: Gegen die Tauben sollte unbedingt etwas unternommen werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es zeitweise stärkere Geräuschkulissen durch ein Kind eines ständig dort wohnenden Hausbewohners. Dies war insbesondere in den frühen Morgenstunden störend sein und das Ausschlafen erschwert.

Bra läge nära strand och restauranger men ändå lugnt. Enkel, men trevlig lägenhet med två sovrum, välutrustat kök och balkong. Tyvärr var det inte särskilt välstädat och sängen i ena sovrummet inte särskilt bekväm.

Wouldn't stay here again.

In the ad it says there are 5 apartments. This is why we chose the accommodation. There are 15 appartments, and it sits on a very noisy road. Checking in was a nightmare. We arrived late, and ended up in front of our apartment with the wrong key. The night guard wasn't very helpful either. Thank goodness for the taxi driver helping to sort out the mess. Then we ended up without hot water for two days. Luckily it was hot outside, so the cold showers were tolerable. The hot water system was finally fixed after the second complaint. I guess for the money we paid we didn't expect the Hilton, however, the place needs a good clean. We ended up doing cleaning ourselves to make it more acceptable. The staff were very friendly.

Verblijf aan zee

Inchecken ging wat moeizaam omdat de beveiliger (waar wij de sleutel zouden moeten ontvangen) even weg was. Dus hebben wij contact met eigenaar zodat deze de beveiliger naar ons toe kunnen sturen. Maar voor de rest goed verblijf, pal aan water.

un bon séjour à Flic en Flac

nous avons globalement bien apprécié cet appartement, qui se situe juste en face d'une plage sublime Lors de notre arrivée, il manquait une cafetière, nous l'avons signalé et celle ci nous a été amenée le lendemain matin la résidence est gardée et il y a une place de parking pour chaque appartement, ce qui est un plus deux bémols: la résidence est un peu loin à pieds du centre (environ 15 minutes) mais quelques restaurants se trouvent néanmoins à proximité l'appartement ne fait pas 150 m2 comme indiqué sur le descriptif mais environ la moitié 2 chambres, une grande pièce avec cuisine, une salle de bains, un couloir, un petit balcon WIFI manquant sur une journée (panne)

Good location and value for money

Good experience. Close to everything and beach. Very quiet location. Did not use the pool but it look rather small. But the beach as I said is just across. Only deception were on the electrical appliances : in the morning wanted to use the kettle which had limescale from I guess many days with water still inside. The coffee maker was in poor condition, the tea and coffee container was in same state. Worst was the inside of the bread toaster. Daily / routine cleaning of those appliances will help keep them in good condition.

Notre court séjour de 2 nuits dans cet appart-hôtel situé dans un quartier paisible, à deux pas de la mer de Flic-en-Flac a été merveilleux: propreté des lieux, confort, literie de qualité, appareils électro-ménagers et ustensiles de cuisine en très bon état etc. - tout y était pour nous rendre le séjour des plus agréables. Nous avons déjà réservé pour un nouveau séjour au mois de décembre.

Great value, directly opposite public beach.

It's not a 5 star resort, but very good value for money. Big, well equipped, large balcony. Can easily fit 4 people. Safe parking downstairs.
