"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago. When we arrived, our grandchildren were very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. We booked the hotel again in May of 2026, and guess what! When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed yet again. Then when we got into our room, I wanted to take a nap before going out for the evening. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, it was disgustingly obvious that the sheets had not been changed! I went to the front desk to ask if housekeeping would please come change the sheets. The lady at the desk was very nice, and said it would be better if she just put us in a different room, so we moved rooms. This time the bed sheets appeared to be clean; however, the room smelled bad, and it was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed, Needless to say, we will not be booking this hotel again in the future."

"The reason I booked this hotel was so my daughter and her best friend had a pool to swim. The pool is out of service and won’t be up until a huge crack is repaired. No where does the website say this pool would be unavailable. The manager (Todd) was very hateful when I ask for compensation for this amenity being unavailable since I booked through hotels.com. I will never stay at a Best Western again. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, so when someone had to use the restroom, it stunk the entire place up. It also caused excessive humidity from showers. Also, the elevator made weird noises scaring the kids. The state inspection had also expired in March for the one elevator in the building. Very disappointed "

"The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel in downtown Bentonville, both of which are a stretch. The hotel was 2 miles from downtown Bentonville, and located behind a Starbucks on a section of road that’s filled with strip malls. The “boutique” hotel looked like an updated Travelodge at best and the furniture in our room was beat up. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, they were a highlight."

"Need to update the rooms and have better staff at the front desk. Also having your room cleaned daily during your stay should be standard and not have to request it daily."

"One of the pillows has blood on it, the bathroom was filthy, the phone didn’t work, one of the lightbulbs was out. We spoke to the manager, George, and he was very argumentative he was not helpful or apologetic at all. He sent a lady with a rag and a bottle of Clorox to the room. We asked for a new room. George said they had no rooms available. Then one magically became open so he sent a lady up with key cards for us. So when we finally got all moved over to the new room we asked George for some kind of compensation and he refused and he was very loud and argumentative with us. Never apologized for a filthy room with blood spots on the pillow. In the morning we called down as asked for a late check out and George refused and said we needed to leave at regular check out time. We said we needed to be compensated for the time we spent moving in and out of rooms. So he let us stay for one hour extra. George, the manager was another example of very poor customer service that is everywhere these days. The room was disgusting and I would have just left but everything was booked for graduation weekend in this town. Next time I will read reviews and pay attention to what others write. Hopefully this helps another family. Good luck out there guys"
