"Place was under renovation from a water main break 6 months ago. Whole main floor including lobby and breakfast area had no lower walls and no flooring. Can't back out due to hotels.com complexities. Keys did not work after carrying luggage upstairs. When key situation was resolved room was not made up. Had to wait till that got done. Carpet in room was stained and literally sticky to bare feet. Run by cousins of The Clampits. Ice was from a bag behind desk because no functioning ice machine."

"New mattresses were comfy. Shower curtain well worn. Unfortunately, the hot tub had been removed and paved over. However, the pictures still show the hot tub. Breakfast: Egg patties were dry on the edges and not very warm. Juice machine out of order."

The only thing that really turned me off was as a 20 year old calling me honey. I’m not a honey and they do not call men that. I would stay again."
